两凿齿龙（学名Diplotomodon），是于美国新泽西州发现的上白垩纪恐龙。两凿齿龙的化石只有一根牙齿，故它有可能其实是一头伤龙。约瑟夫·莱迪（Joseph Leidy）最初描述这根牙齿，共使用了锐齿蛇属的学名（Tomodon）来命名，所以于1868年他更名为两凿齿龙。
